WWW Wednesday is a meme currently hosted by Sam @ Taking on a World of Words and is basically an update on what you’re reading. Anyone can join in – all you have to do is answer the Three Ws:
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?
Don’t forget to leave a link to your own post in the comments and take some time to check out other people’s posts! 🙂
CURRENTLY READING
All That Man Is by David Szalay
So I finally got around to starting this one. I haven’t read a lot yet, but I think I will be able to finish it quickly 🙂
RECENTLY FINISHED
The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah
I finally finished this. Yay! I hope to get a review online soon.
READING NEXT
The Blind Astronomer’s Daughter by John Pipkin
Still catching up on Netgalley reading, so this is my probable next choice. Or maybe The Great Gatsby or Harry Potter & The Cursed Child. We’ll see.
What’s on your TBR for the week? Have you already read any of the books mentioned above? What did you think of them? Tell me in the comments! 🙂
I haven’t read The Nightingale yet but it’s on my read list. I’ve read another one by Kristin Hannah last year though (I still have to post the review) and that was amazing so I hope this one is excellent too!

The Nightingale was my first Kristin Hannah book, but I recently saw another one by her and added it to my list, because I love her writing! 🙂

I’ve read none of those books unfortunately but they look interesting! I’ll be sure to add them to my TBR list 😀 I’m currently reading ‘The Darkest Kiss’ by Gena Showalter 🙂 Think my next book will be ‘Hex’ by Thomas Olde Heuvelt. Looks a good book for Halloween!

Yay – I’m always happy to help increase other people’s piles 😀 And those sound like perfect reads for Halloween! I’m sorry it took me so long to reply – I just found your comment in my spam jail 😦 It seems wordpress is acting up again. Happened to me last month as well.

No worries! It seems a little bit better now. Definitely not being sent to spam so often! It’s such a weird technical issue to have! Pleased I’m not the only one, though. I was worried WordPress just didn’t like my blog 😂

Love the cover of the Blind Astronomer’s Daughter and that’s a catchy title as well. If you end up choosing a different read, I vote Great Gatsby 😉
Happy Reading!

Well, I will read both as soon as I can 😛 I think Netgalley reading has to come first one more time, but then I’m all ready for Fitzgerald 🙂

Thank youuuuu. Once I gave into the temptation, I couldn’t put it down. The only reason I didn’t finish it in one sitting was that I had to sleep in between 😀

That’s great to hear! 😀 I had the same thing with All the Light We Cannot See, a slightly similar themed book I believe. Sometimes you just have to plunge it. Haha, darn sleep always getting in the way of the good stuff!!

Ah yes, at least they are both WWII fiction I think. I have yet to read All The Light We Cannot See but it’s been on my list for quite a while!

Yes, that’s pretty much the only similarity I knew between both books :P.

I know what you mean, I’m contemplating making WWW Wednesdays a bi-weekly thing because I’ll be swamped with uni readings and work now as well 😦

Uni readings will be the death of me, I hope you get luckier with yours! 🙂

I will be looking forward to your review of The Nightingale! I read it in August and adored it of course. I will also be looking forward to your thoughts on The Blind Astronomer’s Daughter. I’ve never heard of it, but that cover is stunning!

I agree! The cover and the title were what had me intrigued as well with that one 🙂
